Conor Hyde founded Bullseye Food Marketing in 2001 to service a growing demand for expert, best practice, business marketing support for Irish food companies. ( www.bullseye.ie )

Conor has over twenty-five years Sales, Marketing, & Food Exporting experience having held senior Marketing Manager positions with Golden Vale/Kerry & Dairygold Co-op.

Conor has lectured in food marketing for UCC, BIM, Teagasc, ICOS, Food Academy, Udaras Na Gaeltachta, and various City & County Enterprise Offices around Ireland. He is also an approved food business mentor with Enterprise Ireland, City & County Enterprise Offices, BIM and the IEA.

Over the past fifteen years Conor has worked as a food business consultant and mentor, through Bullseye, with over 500 Irish SME food & drink companies.

Conor has assisted numerous Irish food & drink companies to take that all important first step into food exports.
