Erica Sheehan is founder of healthy food brand Homespun. Homespun makes Quinoa Crunch, a multi award-winning range of quinoa-based breakfast products, which are gluten, wheat and refined sugar free. Erica launched Homespun in 2016 after a career in television, journalism and public relations, latterly at Coca-Cola Ireland where she led the corporate communications team. She received a degree in Economics and Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin. Erica has participated in the Enterprise Ireland New Frontiers program for Emerging Entrepreneurs and in the Supervalu Food Academy Advance business accelerator. Homespun won 2 Gold awards at the Free From Food Awards 2017.
