An Agricultural and Food Engineer, Michael joined FDT in 1998 and has been Project Engineer, Manager and Consultant to Beverage, Food and Pharma companies in Ireland and Internationally. Michael is experienced in Sustainable Production, with experience of projects for The EPA, SEAI and recently led an EU Eco-Innovation project (PUReOPE).

Good Management of Water is one of the principal means that Food and Drink organisations can reduce their environmental footprint as well as their operating costs.

This talk looks at the Opportunities and Challenges for Food & Drink companies relating to Water Management, Water Recovery and Effluent Reduction.
