Tom O’Toole is Country Director for One Water in Ireland. Following an unexpected redundancy, within the facilities management industry in 2013, Tom was looking for a new challenge and direction. He was inspired by One Water in the UK – a company that had donated all it’s profits to fund clean water projects in the world’s poorest communities. Tom contacted them and, after finding an Irish spring water source and bottling partner, launched the Irish business in 2014.

Presentation Synopsis:

A child in the developing world dies every 20 seconds due to lack of clean drinking water. Over 2 billion people do not have access to adequate water and sanitation facilities globally. One Water has already donated €18 million which has helped change the lives of over 3.2 million people. Find out how we plan to increase this to €25 million and 5 million lives changed by 2020.
